Jakarta, December 19 2015 – Tata Motors Distribusi Indonesia (TMDI), as Authorised Agent of Tata Motors in Indonesia, constantly supports the ideas of its national dealers to introduce the brand and products all across Indonesia.

One of these local programs is the Tata Ace EX2 Challenge 2015, the first Tata Ace EX2 mini diesel 700cc performance test held in a shopping area in Serpong, South Tangerang. This program is to test the uphill capability of Tata Ace Ex2.
“The Tata Ace EX2 Challenge 2015 program with Gajah Kecil action tagline is a performance test program was inspired by a successful program held by our Lampung dealer. A Tata Ace EX2 pulled a big truck and went around the city of Lampung. However, the Tata Ace EX2 Challenge 2015 is slightly different,” said Manoj.
While the people in Lampung can only see pulling of big truck by Tata Ace Ex2, the Tata Ace EX2 Challenge 2015 allows the people to be involved, to personally test the performance of the Tata Ace EX2 700cc diesel engine and check its uphill capability with 1 Ton Load.
“The program’s mission is to debunk a misconception that a small diesel engine can’t go uphill with load. In this program we invite people to try the Tata Ace EX2 filled with a 1 ton payload going up a 20 degree incline trailer ramp,” explained Manoj.
Manoj added that More than 1 Million units of the Tata Ace EX2 have been sold worldwide, of which have been tested and performed well in terrains similar to Indonesia.
“We are confident that the program can increase the interest of the people and SME business owners in both the city and villages,” said Manoj.
“Apart from its excellent capability of negotiating the high gradients, Tata Ace EX2 main advantage is the excellent saving of cost in its operations.
