Tata Motors and Castrol Free Oil Change

Pickup and Box vehicles customer service and education program

Jakarta, 21 February 2014 – Tata Motors Distribusi Indonesia (TMDI), a full subsidiary of Tata Motors Limited, an authorized agent (APM) of Tata Motors in Indonesia, in conjunction with Castrol Indonesia shall hold a FREE OIL CHANGE program for Castrol Auto Service (CAS) customers who own a pickup and box pickup operational vehicles.

The program is available in CAS locations that cooperate with TMDI in the Tata Certified Workshop (TCW) program. As known, TMDI has inaugurated 10 TCWs (in Jakarta, Bogor, Bekasi, and Tangerang) to support aftersales services for Tata Motors customers.

The Free Oil Change program is a pre-launch activity for Tata Motors commercial vehicles in Indonesia. This activity is an initiative of TMDI’s marketing team in cooperation with Castrol Indonesia, in the effort to socialize the advantages of each brand’s products.

In this program, TMDI shall socialize the strengths of its mini pickup products, the Tata Super Ace diesel 1405 cc and Tata Xenon diesel 2900 cc to CAS customers.

Pankaj Jain, Marketing Director of TMDI belives that the program would help spread information about Tata Motors’ pickup advantages effectively since it’s directly targeting pickup and box vehicle users, which is the target market of Tata Super Ace diesel 1405 cc and Tata Xenon diesel 2900 cc.

“Our wish is for mini pickup and box vehicles users throughout the Jabodetabek area to come and directly try Tata Motors pickup vehicles within the TCW premises,” said Pankaj Jain.
